My name is Devender. I had booked my ticket from Delhi to Ludhiana for 2nd July & return to Delhi on 4th July from Olivea.
A day before the departure from Delhi I was called by one of their representatives that due to technical reasons the departure is cancelled. On being asked for an alternate option they said we cant help you may book what so ever you get & we will refund the amount to you.
Since I had booked my return ticket as well from Ludhiana to Delhi on 4th July, I reconfirmed a day before that the coach is confirmed & will depart as per scheduled time. The same evening I am again called by their representative that the coach has been cancelled & rescheduled to 15:00 hrs instead of the scheduled departure time of 07:00 (morning).
This is highly misleading & their last minute changes have caused a lot of harrasment to me. My entire plan for my work trip to Ludhiana got hafassed & It just seems that Olivia takes consumers for Granted.
Even if my amount for the ticket is refunded I dont think this is an acceptable behavior by Blue Hill towards its consumers.
