Fraud from ConnectIndia Digital PVT. LTD. Data Card not Activated after a week.

Name of company/service: ConnectIndia Digital PVT. LTD

I Buy a Idea 3G netsetter from ConnectIndia PVT. LTD., A-36 Sector 64, Noida 201301, on 8/3/13. i Oder Online after confirming my oder by their executive in morning at aroung 12 o clock on 8/3/2013 the Device is delived to me at 4.30 pm of the 8/3/2013. they promiose me to Acitvate the device by next day. but after almost 10 days the device is not been Activated and i almost spend 500 rupees more on calling cordination with those guys, most of the ConnectIndia employees do not even try to listen and tell me to cordinate with Idea customer care executive. from idea customer care executive every time i got the diffent answer. i am totally lost my 1000 rupess the cost of device and 500 rupees more i spend on cordination. in this whole time i was very much stressed and mentally torutred. Still i have no answer about the device.

i need a help Please help me.

    I Buy a Air tel and tata photon plus 3G net-setter from Connect India PVT. LTD., Sector 10A, gurgaon , on 22/4/13. i Oder Online after confirming my order by their executive in evening at around 5 o clock on 24/3/2013 the Device is delived to me at 5.0 pm of the 24/4/2013. they promise me to Activate the device by next day. but after almost 31 days the device is not been Activated, most of the Connect India employees do not even try to listen and tell me to coordinate with airtel and tata photon plus customer care executive. from airtel and tata photon plus customer care executive every time i got the different answer. i am totally lost my 1200 for airtel and tata photon plus for 1000 rupees the cost of device, fatally i loss 2200 for purchasing my devices.
