Location/place: Ajmer

Name of company/service: Laxmi Kripa Enterprises Pvt. Ltd.

This company claims to provide finance. I had applied for Rs.42cr finance and for that they asked me to pay Rs.5 Lacs as a processing fee. I paid them by DD on 16 February 2013. Tehn after they stopped replying my calls. And few days ago they sent me 2 cheques of Rs.1.5 lacs each. They said that they have deducted 40% fee as I cancelled the process. In fact they encouraged me to do so. Now both the cheues are bounced and they are not replying to my calls. The main person is Ranjeet Chaudhary who is MD of this company. He is a big fraud man. Please help me.

    I wanted to know whether you took any legal action agaist the company or not as cheques were bounced and also you did not get back your money too.

    I dont think so taht Mr. Ranjeet & his team “laxmi kripa enterprises” is doing good job in the market.
    All they are collecting money in the name of 1% and later they make people to suffer like hell.

    laxmi kripa is a very big scam company..i applied for education loan and they cancelled my loan for no proper reason..and they have not returned my loan doc as well..and yes they do not recieve phone calls…these ppl should be behind bars….

    police complain karke bhi kuchh nhi hua. LAXMI KRIPA wale police, media, policitican sabse mile hue hai.

    Laxmikripa in Ajmer is into the fraud scam.
    I will explain you how they work…..
    1. They call customers and collect processing fee and other charges
    2. They keep on assuring you of the best services over the telephone till you pay the fee.
    3. Once the fee is paid they stop receiving your calls and delay the process so much that the customer askes for refund.
    4. If customer is very strong then they refund only 40% of the amount collected from the customer else nothing is returned?
    5. This is how they collect money, pay salaries under the name of loan.
    6. And very interesting is that employees quit the organisation very soon when they learn of the fraud…so salaries are not paid to them.

    Now only the solution is to gather all the people under one roof and file a complaint in all parts of India as Money paid to them is not only from Ajmer but from all over India. If cases are registered all over then there is no option for LKE. Just like the recent case against Asharam Bapu

    aise bahut companiya hai jo paise leti par loan nahi deti. unki websites bhi hoti hai public ko dhkane ke liye, confidence me lene ke liye. ye log loan nahi dete. ye log sirf loan ke naam par processing fee ekatta kar dete hai, saal bhar ke liye use karo. app fight nahi kar paye to paisa nahi milega or app bahut strong hai to usme se aadha paisa hi milta hai. to dosto aise companies se door raho or banks me loan ke liye apply karo. kam se kam fraud to nahi hoga.

    I mohammed ameen shah ..sir i am from bangalore sir six months ago i had email from company named LAXMI KRIPA ENTERPRISES for a personal loan i had some financial problems so i had applied for rs 4lakhs they had called me to my personal mobile number and told me take 8lakh rs loan as EMI as 10000rs for 10 years and they asked me deposit to ICICI bank thru this A/C no 018505500584 amount of 5500rs as verification charges in the month of july 2013 i made a payment of rs5500 and later on nobody came for verification when i called and asked them they told me deposit rest of money as agreement charges of rs 39600 i had no money at the time in the month of august i had been to ajmer dargah at the same time i went searching there office near new MITTAL hospital and spoke to them and paid them amount of 39600 and i left to bangalore after 1 week they had sent me some form set to fill it and they were asking me some solvency certificate to get thru my bank which is not possible couldn’t arrange it so i told them to return back my amount of rs45100 from that day they are not responding my calls i tried them from other numbers to but no response . recently they had sent me a A/C payee cheque of rs 35150 which is bounced ….come friends join hands together and piss them off……

    Dear frnds. now the cheater are settle down their company in Ajmer near by the old company the new name is suryodaya services and it is in near dev plaza hotel where we are staying during the meeting in laxmi kripa. mr. ranjet choudhary is become vikram singh and sunita vaishnav is become priya panwar they are playing their game with people’s as they play with us. If you want your money back go their office and appointment and meet with the lady name priya panwar you can see her face and shocked also you will meet with mr. vikram singh rathore (ranjit choudhary) after that you are clear that the company is the old laxmi kripa please go their and take your money back other wise they never return your money……………………………. I have all evidence that the company is same…..

    suryodaya total services pvt ltd, ajmer/ satguru total service pvt ltd., ajmer / mudra total services pvt ltd, Udaipur – This financial firms are master mind of Ranjeet Chaudhary or Vikram Singh Rathore & Tarachand Sangwa & Mukesh Ragoria & Priya Panwar & Vishal Sharma & Sunita vaishnav these people are bigger,biggest fraud persons in Rajasthan, they promise to give loan within a week or 10days after collecting processing charges or disbursement charges but they wont pick calls or answer your calls, please who ever reads this comments don’t encourage this company and this people otherwise you will lose your money.

    recently i got a call from satguru total services ajmer regarding job purpose in overseas country and and 2 day back they had take my telephonic interview and now just 15 mins back i got call from satguru total service that i shortlisted by hr person and for further round i have to pay 7100 rupee to them . is this faurd company or not can you suggest me that number which i got a call is as follows

    I got a call from reliance guy. He said that he will provide loan against a insurance policy. He asked me to buy reliance money back plan of 30000. I did the same. Then he gave me a date 29TH of Marchfor loan transfer. Then he said that because of taxes prob loan wasnt transferred and then again he has given me a date of 20th may. Now he is saying that that date has been postponed to 29th of April. He took 30000 from me. I know he is a fraud i have his mob asa well as landline num and office address also. Please suggest me something what shall i do now.

    I buy IFB washing machine Online from FLIPCART and delivered on 15 June 2015. I was following from last 15 days for installation/demo of washing machine via email/call. Every time the gv commitment but till date issue is not resolved.
    Box is still pack and i dont know actually is der washing machine in box or not??
    I trust on Brand IFB, thats why i buy.
    Hope you will understand the seriousness of the issue and resolve on priority..

    These fake loan companies publish their loan offering advertisements in
    Classified column of newspapers . They promise to offer loan at 3% or 4%
    per annum. So many people have been cheated by these fake loan
    companies. They are so shameless that they take hard earned money
    of public and never provide loan . They are like prostitutes changing
    their husbands frequently. After cheating, they switch off their mobiles
    and start doing business again by changing name of companies.
    For example, suppose their company name given in advertisement was
    Royal Finance, then after cheating somebody they will change it to
    Jyoti Finance etc. with different mobile numbers,. Even dog is better than them. They are mean persons.

    I have using 3 g internet and it’s speed is 4 to 10 kbps.But the given by Vodafone speed is about 50 kbps and i am complaining to customer care they just block my number so can’t call them.And one thing more I complained for same problem on January 2016 and Vodafone custom care said to me that it will be solved on 20 may 2016 but it is not solved till now.I am telling they are fraud that they always say in starting in Vodafone care that ‘happy to help’ but it is wrong. I appeal to Vodafone to take some serious action against your custom care employees and bad service like tower problem.

    muze aaj 3 months complete ho gaye h but loan nhi mila
