I have purchased a NEW bike named Honda CB Unicorn date 26/10/2017, at Ride Honda,Habsiguda,hyderabad.through multibrand Show room named manikanta motors , Jawahar Nagar , near by dhammaayiguda, proprietor Name is Akelesh Kumar. I have interacted with my friend with Akelesh Kumar for bike, that time he said total vehicle cost with on road Price 86000/- and no more extra agreement charges or anything not will be. Then said pay 30000/- as down payment and remaining 56000/-will be financed. I agree with him, and i asked to him what could be the emi for month he said 3130/-*23months . Now what happened they only created new agreement with my signatures and did 63000/- finance and emi went to 3367*23months . Please suggest me what should I do against them.
