Connect Broadband Internet Services (FRAUD and FAKE ) which is also know as Quadrant Televentures Ltd had setup a broadband connection at my premises in Mohali, Phase 3B2 and i had receive WORST Customer Service and internet speed, i had went through enclosed:
1. Once Internet Executive visited at my place to collection connection cheque then he promise to setup connection by next Day but it has been setup after 3 days i.e. Executive Name Shishpal.
2. WORST CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE, they had given me a welcome call and just cutted my call without any intimation since i asking them some queries relating to my connections.
3. They promised 4 MBPS of Internet speed but i was not getting even 2 MBPS, totally lost of money and time WASTAGE.
4. DO NOT TAKE Connection from this provider if you have business online.
5. MANNER LESS and LESS EDUCATED EXECUTIVES.
TOTALLY FRAUD AND FAKE SERVICE INTERNET SERVICE PROVIDER
NOT RECOMMENDED !!!! JUST DISCARD THEM IF THEY HAVE SALES CALL ON YOU !!!!!
