Fraud Face Of Rcom

Name of company/service: Reliance Communications

I am customer(cusht se mar)of reliance communications.

This is regarding my Subscriber ID/s :1130421603. I have applied for both telephone connection and broad band on 27th April, 2013 with an assurance that both facilities would be installed by next two days. After two weeks efforts and payment of Rs 2000 in cash on account of wire charges to the concerned person of Reliance (named Mr Ranjan Mishra Mobile No 09313639908), they have installed broad band connection.

In anticipation of reliance connection, I got removed MTNL connection but telephone connection from Reliance is still awaited despite several written complaints and phone call to customer care centre. Today, Mr Mishra abused me and stated that he will neither written the payment nor installed the telephone connection.

I am keen to complaint to Chairman, Reliance Communication but while surfing I found this mail ID.. I hope a strict action would be taken against the guilty persons and arrange to refund the cash amount which was paid in addition to Rs 1500 (approx) through cheque to Reliance. Telephone connectiion at home is very important which is also required to be installed immediately.

    This are the only words you will hear from them. They will never say anything else.
    Fraud company. They are doing fraud to thousands of customers by cutting their connections or blocking their internet speed.

    I am really surprised why DoT or TRAI not taking action against them.

    Their own customer care executive confirms that they have issue since last six months.
    and they are not able to solve it. they are just extending deadline.

    TRAI must cancel their ISP license.
