fraud during installation of antivirus

I have bought a hcl laptop with three year antivirus subscription just before three months. The antivirus given with laptop was installed by shopkeeper, but due to some reason i have uninstalled the antivirus and during installing again i get an error message (you have no licences remaining for this subscription).
when I went to the shop for saying about the matter they refused to install it again and send me to the service center where they are charging Rs. 400 for this purpose.
So, please take action against them.
