Polaris Data Solution — complaint for home based form filling job

Myself Shradha Mehrotra from Mumbai. This matter is disgusting. I got call from Polaris data solution add- B-201, sargam shopping center. Nr somnath soc, umragram, Dumas rd, athwa Surat guj- 395007. Lady riya Patel her no- 7622842762 id- [email protected]
She gave offer letter through mail it was 7 days project of form filling I started working from 23rd July 19 and completing DT 30th July 19. It was total 800 forms and completed fully. She said you have only 705 correct forms.they gave me login I’d & password to work from the website. I have proof of every mail she sent it. I followed the rules & regulations she asked me to send money b’coz of penalty charges mentioned in agreement. She did not disclosed my errors completely. She said withing 24 hrs you get the pay. I earned rs 17625 /- as per 25 rs per form. Neither I got the payment & lost rs 4000/- I called her back she makes excuses that server is down b’coz of heavy rain. They make everyone fool thwy r running big scandel. They asked to send money on ac name- yogesh r Patel. Ac -no 07550100033453. Bank of Baroda.

    Sir, my name is vinod.This company named CSR is for form filling and without knowing the company is fraud i accepted terms and conditions of form filling. But they didn’t give me any data and form and now they have filed a case against me of 8600 rupees a fake lawyer named preeti shinde is calling me again again from these numbers ([protected], [protected], [protected]). Pls help me sir they are calling me and blackmailing me day by day and saying that you have to pay 8600 pls help me sir pls.

    Same thing happened to me also a person called me claimed to be an advocate namely Rajiv Singh saying the company had filed a case against me and also sent me notice with name written on top ADV.Mane b.com llb sah nathplaza majge nagar Aurangabad mahrashtra..plz suggest what to do
