I have received a call of Mr Vikas Kumar on dt 24th June & he said sir, I have received a mail regarding refund from timesjobs, My organization is a related to govt of India & I have handed all this type of cases & he is satisfying me that he will organize to refund all amount from timesjobs & he said, you have to pay rs 9776 as a verification of your card details for refund. It is compulsory & this amount will returned to your account within 5-10 days & I believe him & pay the amount of rs 9776 thru credit card & due to some sever error I have made payment of rs 9776 two times & than he will transfer my call to Mr Ravi & he said , sir don’t worry, I have returned this amount within 5-6 working days.
Next Day I have received a call of Mr Manoj Sharma, He said , Sir I have transferred your call to verification team for verification of your service request which you availed by us, I am socked & said I don’t have purchased any services at your side. He said, sir this is only a process don’t worry I have to refund your money. How it is possible, I am not saying any wrong thing to verification team, next time you will saying sir, In verification you will accept for purchased of this services & I am unable to refund your money than he said sir, don’t worry this is only a formalities. Sometimes we will do this type of thing. I don’t refund your money on the table but I will refund your money down the table. Then I have said, I don’t required any type of refund from your side, please return my money which I will transfer to Bhavishyahub.
Then he transferred my call to Mr Kashish Sharma & he said sir please give me some times I’ll check this case & revert to you.
After sometimes I have received call of Mr Kashish Sharma & he said I have terminated to Mr Vikas Kumar for giving you to wrong commitment. I have transferred one amount of rs 9776 before 12th July, 2014 & second one; you will be purchased our services, because I am unable to refund your money without any services. After purchasing our services I will process your request as a unsatisfied customer & this will take 30-45 days & for processing your request please mail your CV to ID [email protected].
After 12th July, I have contact to Mr Kashish regarding refund of my money, always he said, I’ll check & call u later, but he didn’t call me.
