fraud dell laptop

Dear sir,

I am manoj kumar, i was purchased a dell laptop from nehru palace delhi on date 12 june 2012, shop add- Computer & Laptop Mall 101A, vishal bhawan 95 nehru palace New Delhi 110019, after 15 days is having speaker problem, then call to dell customer care they told me this laptop is not in warranty/ in our database, so contact to dealer from which its purchased.
Again talk to dealer they loss my data and change hard disk without any information, and now saying its can’t change and dell is not responding.
Also complained to dell and ticket id is 862778756 Laptop S/N- 7SRCHR1
But no buddy response to change laptop, dell is saying it’s a out of warranty laptop but I purchased before 2 month, while dell giving warranty for 1 years.
Kindly help me now my laptop is not working and I am facing problem from last one month.
