I ordered the Moserbear Knight Pendrive 16 GB

The item when delivered was open from inside.
The Plastic containing the pendrive was already open. The pen drive also was dirty as if used previously.
The LED light as told in the product is also not working. When i ordered for the product i was told that the LED will flash indicating that pen drive is working but the LED is also not working
And moreover when i inserted the pendrive in my PC, the device name shown to me was “B B MISHRA”. It clearly means that it was previously used.
what kind of service??
Is Snapdeal selling old and used products to customer in the name of new one????
Kindly do the needful asap
