fraud deduction of balance

I am a customer of tata docomo.my no. is 9026020229 .i have done a recharge of Rs150 at 06/02/2013.
Maine balance ka koi use nhi kiya. Aur 08/02/2013 ko mera balance 11Rs ho gaya.customer care ko call kiya to kaha ki aapne 15 Rs ka 3 sms international kiya hai. jabki mai apne district se bahar kahi nahi gaya.
fir maine kaha ki 45Rs ka sms hua maanlo baaki 100Rs ka kya kiya gaya. then unka aajtak reply yahi hai ki abhi update nahi hua hai. sir ab mai unke care par call karta hu to wo hold par rakh kar cut kar dete hai.
abhi is problem ke nearly 1 month beet chuka hai koi response nahi mila.
pleaze sir is problem ko solve karne me meri help kariye.
