fraud deduction of balance

My new Tata Docomo Number 7416556761.I recharged my a/c with Rs. 100 on 3rd sept 2012.The amount of Rs.85 was deducted on 07-SEP-2012 06:39:33 AM.I Contacted the customer care, she said balance is cut due to Late night masti pack. I don’t know what this service is and how it is activated. She said she will deactivate the service and refund 85 rs within 3 hrs. The next day I called again to check the balance refund thing but they said no balance will be refunded. I am calling for last 3 days, either they put my call on hold or disconnect.
