fraud deduction from account

Location/place: KOLKATA

Name of company/service: TATA DOCOMO

I have already an internet 2G pack with validity 20 July, 2013 but today morning at 07:50 AM as according your customer care executive i was charged more than Rs. 107 for using 2G internet. how this charge can deduct my account with already have a internet pack. Therefore this charge is totally fraud without my concern deduct from my account.so kindly you refund above wrong deducted charge to my account other wise i contact another higher authorities or Consumer Court or Legal Notice. This information for your necessary action at your end and if you will not take any action till tomorrow i.e. 20 July,2013 then i have only one option to go Consumer Court for this fraud deduction from account.
