My name is Anmol Bansal and i am a resident of sangrur (punjab).last night i was charged with Rs 99 for hello tv which i never used at all….they charged forcebely.i never cliked on any link and when i told about this isssue to customer care , they sais we can’t do anyhthing…so please help nd solve this issue and take proper steps towards this fraud by vodafone and hello tv. At least they have to send confitmation message while deducting the amount.
