I have bought a SANSUI LCD T.V, model no-SAM19HN-FFA,Serial No-110813110278905459 on 09.01.2014 from Monalisha Electronics,Rohini,Natun Bazar,Paschim Medinipur,phone-9932484157.
The Cash Memo No-82.
But from the first day we have been suffering that the T.V is badly works & stops very often as we watch anything on it. After an hour or more,it become warm and warm and the display starts showing but the remote does not work.
I have complaint frequently to the company and to the shop.I have booked call for the servicing of the t.v,Customer complain no-KOLO106140135 Serviced by MANIK,8584836622,SVC centre no-9831099205 on 01.06.14. They told me that in 48 hrs. they would come to solve the problem at my house.
But till today no one has come and the t.v shop owner also avoid me by telling that he has no resposibility after sold. But the t.v has one year warranty on all parts.
So how can I get relief from the problem?
