fraud company not responding after placing the order & payment has been done

i have order a 16gb pen drive i got a confirmation mail with order no:13170 on 12/04/2013
they did not send any other mail after confirming order about shipment i have sent the mail to reply for my goods shipment
they have mailed cock & bull stories that its a holiday in bengal so they couldn’t ship later on they said there office is been shiofted to a new place we will ship yo ur product after two days and so on now there website itself is not openning.
