Fraud Company Jeevan Traders, Jeevan Agro Industries, Koki Chicken, Namakkal, Tamil Nadu

Dear Readers,
We hereby want to draw your attention towards a fraud company naming Jeevan Traders based in Namakkal owned/managed by Mr. C. Krishnamoorthy (Managing Director). He also operates various other companies naming Jeevan Agro Industries, Koki Chicken etc. which is dealing in various poultry related products eg. Guar Korma, Rice Bran, Sunflower, Rapeseed, Cotton Seed, Guar Meal etc. He generally approaches various supplier of above product and provide them PDC Cheques and assure them the payment in days or a month and get material on credit but none of his cheques are honored, so be aware of these fraud people as we are one of the affected supplier by them. It has almost been a year of a supply but not yet received the complete payment. We are having the all the proofs of cheque and signed purchase order provided by them and recording of their calls. Following are the contact details and address of the company. So we want to aware/alert the suppliers and manufacturer not to give material on credit to this fraud company based in Namakkal eg, Jeevan Traders, Jeevan Agro Industries, Koki Chicken etc., they might approach you by some other company name also so be cautious while dealing with following people (Mr. C Krishnamoorthy (MD Jeevan Traders, Jeevan Agro Industries, Koki Chicken etc.), Mr. S. Kamalakannan (Existing GM of Jeevan Traders or Jeevan Agro Industries etc), Mr. Suresh Kannan (Ex-GM of this company)) based in Namakkal district of Tamilnadu. We have tried our best to find out their all companies, contact or mail but they might use some other number or email so be cautious.

Once again would like to alert all supplier of Guar Korma, Churi, Rice brans, Sunflower, other poultry feeding material etc. that be cautious while dealing with users or customers in Namakkal and especially with above company i.e. Jeevan Traders, Jeevan Agro Industries, Koki Chickens, they are truly frauds and we are not the only company affected by them there are various other companies who have supplied them the material on credit and still waiting for payment. So don’t give material to above party on credit ask for 100% advance and then dispatch the material. If you want to see the proof of our complaint please contact us on below numbers.

This kind of person must be taught a lesson not to give credit to such companies. Only 100% advance policy must be applied with these parties.

Dear Suppliers:
We would like to inform you all that our Ex-General Manager, Mr. Suresh Khannan had been fired from our company on July 25, 2015 due to his anti-company activities and he has been making false propaganda against our company since then and all are requested to not to trust those information against our company.

All are requested to provide us same support that they have provided us previously without any bias. If anyone does business with Suresh Khannan would be considered doing business with him on their own capacity and at their own risk and it is in no way connected with our company and we are in no way responsible for any loss incurred by our suppliers due to this.

Dear Manufacturers/Suppliers,

As you have read the comment posted by Mr. C Krishnamoorthy (MD) Jeevan Traders/Jeevan Agro Industries/Koki Chicken, Namakkal, he has given the reasons of stopping payment of above company but what about the following companies with whom they have done the same behavious. Many companies are still waiting for the payment against their supplies and some have filed the case against them. So beware of this company and do you study yourself by calling following companies which are affected by them and then decide yourself who is fraud and accordingly deal with this company: Jeevan traders/Jeevan Agro Industries/Koki Chicken, Nammakkal Tamil Nadu, they have done same kind of deal with following companies and procured Guar Korma, Rice(DDGS) etc so please call these companies and find their reputation and later supply the material on credit or advance as per your wish. Dear Readers,

As Mr. Krishnamurthy is complaining that material supplied by us was inferior but what about the material supplied by above 12 companies whim whom Jeevan Traders, Namakkal has done same kind of fraud. So readers please call above companies and judge yourself who is fraud or who is victim. We are having the mail proof of these people with their phone recordings of their acceptance of material and their commitment of payment and even if our material had been inferior why did they pay the amount in period of 8 months they could have paid in once and would have deducted for inferior quantity and still our 50% payment is pending. It is about to complete almost a year but these people are not intended to pay our dues even after so much of request. We have suffered loss due to these people but don’t want anyone else to get trapped with these people. We want to thank Mr. Kumar for posting the name of companies affected by Jeevan Traders/Jeevan Agro Industries/Koki Chicken, Namakkal and helping us. We would request all the companies which are intended to deal with Jeevan Traders/Jeevan Agro Industries/Koki Chicken, Namakkal to be aware of them, don’t even trust us, just find out with all above companies and later deal with them accordingly.

We suffered loss but we do understand that how can a reader judge which company is fraud or victim so want you people to talk to above companies and find yourself who is culprit. Finally be aware of dealing with Jeevan Traders/ Jeevan Agro Industries/Koki Chicken, Namakkal. Do enquire completely about them and then deal accordingly.
