I paid online by debit card Rs. 6,991.00
On 26-11-2014 ebay sent me a mail that seller has shipped your order.
On 3-12-2014, ebay web site displayed that ‘item delivered’.
But actually no one dilivered the item.
I have not received the item.
I contacted to AGRA ARAMEX Courier person Mr Sanjay Sharma (09412751007)
I contacted to Delhi ARAMEX OFFICE Mr Bhavesh (011-33003300)
They told told me that this item is misplaced/lost.
By mistake site is showing delivered.
They said me that they have informed to ebay, and I should contact to ebay for claim.
I registered claim with ebay on the same day (3rd December 2014) and they given me Claim id 779276.
I have make contact to ebay on toll free numbers, sent email and chat, they just every time told that after 24-48 hrs we will contact you.
And problem will be resolved.
On 12-12-2014 I sent email to seller : cameramart2014
But no one yet resolved the issue.
I feel mentally harrassed, hard earned Rs. 6,991/ was swallowed and digested by ebay.
Please also suggest me what are legal or other way to get my claim with ebay
