Fraud Company and Fake Comittments

Name of company/service: Reliance Web World

I would like to bring to your attention the issues that i am facing since i have taken a connection from reliance,one day one of Agent called me up and offered me good postpaid plan along with number ending with 12345.I agreed and made the payment,but when the customer care agent called me for making the payment for the new connection,nothing was told about security.But i had the call recordings of the agent and it was forwarded to the agency,as a result the security was paid by reliance for my number.

I have been continuing using the number for the past 7 months with no issues in payment from my side.But on day your customer care executive called me and offered me 899 plan in which he told me it was only for high end customer,and unlimited calls to any number.I Agreed for the same,but the bill came to 2500 approx.So i discontinued using the number as i was expecting around 1200-1300 as communicated by your guys.And i have made the payment for approx 2000 for the past many months.I have no issue with the calls that i have made.

Few days back i received call from one of agents again that 1000 rs. waiver will be provided to you and only Rs. 2000 needs to be paid,i agreed for the same.The agent name is Poonam (9311176626) and in fact i received the mail from a fake reliance Gmail ID,but when i confirmed the same from customer service department*333,nothing was provided.

Also they have been calling me from different numbers and harassing me in various ways.
