I purchased a htc phone last month and i was convinced by the salesman that this phone(htc desire sv) is the best selling phone but this phone is actually rubbish it does not make calls at times and it caused me a loss of certain lakhs as i could not contact a person on time. I jus want my complete money back as i cannot tolerate this anymore. Now the earphone also has gone faulty.
