I’m facing slow internet speed from 10/04/2013 to till date.
Previously i was facing problems from 07/02/2013 to 06/03/2013 for my Reliance Broadband Connection having user id 383716670076.
I’m paying for 2 Mbps of bandwidth and they are providing 200 Kbps of bandwidth (1/10th of promised speed)
No action has been taken to solve the issue.

Till date no one called back or resolved the issue.
No wavier would be provided has been said by them and my complains have been closed without taking any actions.
Please take strict action against them as I’ve faced a lot of harassment.
P.S.: Its my hard earned money and nobody has any right to steal it by forgery.
