sir/madam,
I am a BE graduate passed out in 2010. I attended a recruitment drive conducted by CodeGreen Techsol, Bangalore in Aug 22nd 2012. They told me to pay an amount of Rs20,000 in the name of Security deposit, they gave me the offer letter and acknowledgement. Then i came to know about the company is fake and its not registered. So i asked them to give my money back by giving medical reason. They asked me to provide the medical certificate. Very next day i have scanned and sent the medical certificate through mail. Whenever I called them they never gave correct response and also warned me not to call them in the future. They told they cant pay my money back and also told me that the company is not responsible for my health problem. Till oct 14th 2012 i waited and also requested the company to pay back my money. But they never considered my request and all the time they told me they cant pay it back. I have the offer letter and acknowledgement papers regarding this issue.
My concern is that i think the company is fake because of the following:
1) Company is not registered.
2) They don’t want to give my money as they dint considered my medical certificate.
3) They promised me to give salary of Rs10, 000 per month. But in the offer letter they mentioned only Rs6, 000.
4) I never joined the company as i never got joining letter from the CODEGREEN TECHSOL. Still there are not giving my money back.
The people responsible for this are:
Bhavya : she is the one who took the interview.
Yogesh naggana (Operations Manager) : who took the money and signed in the acknowledgement paper.
Kaushik S Sondekoppa : Is the one who told me that they cant pay my money back.

Sir, I want your help in getting my money.
I want to inform people not to join CODEGREEN TECHSOL as they take money in the name of security deposit and they won’t give u back. CODEGREEN TECHSOL Company is included in the fake list and it’s not registered too. So people be carefully about this company because the company people dint pay me back. I don’t want this to happen others.

    Clarification on your Complaint
    Hi all,
    I’m Kaushik.S.S I would like to give the clarification on the complaint of Sindhu against our company. First thing is, as she has not attended the training right from the first day, the amount what she has paid been repaid to her account through cheque bearing number 227348 of Canara Bank on 24th of September. I have the clear bank proof of being repaid to her. As she is clearly making false allegations, she is liable to answer for this with relevant documents. Or else, company has to take it’s action for her false allegations. Second thing is, CodeGreen Techsol is a Registered company with clear Registration certificates, STC and PTC along with individual PAN of the company. If she can prove that our company is fake, let her come with all the documents what she has. If she fails to prove her allegations,then, Legal Action will be taken from the company for these false allegations in public. For any clarifications, contact me on 09241375643.
