I purchased two sarees from CTC Emporia on 17.3.2012. After one wear, the cloth used for kinari was damaged badly. When I went them to show the saree they refused to accept that the saree was purchased from their shop, even after the payment proof, I had. I could not produce the bill. They started shouting ” kar le jo karna hai” At the time of selling the item, they promised U can come any time for any complaint.
