bata Has been making all sorts of false promises on the website http://www.bata.in/webbata/faces/jsp/trackOrder.jsp

I have made an online purchase of GRIFFIN shoe through online shopping on 21-08-2012 worth Rs. 1099.50 with ors=der id 10083569. they claim to provide the product within 7-10 working days. i have not recieved the product till date 9-9-2012. the website is a fraud case and misleading its customers. strict action should be taken for the same Fraud BATA company norms.

    Yes ti is very true ..i made a online purchse on26 August and till date item is not reached ..they are not responding to my mails regarding non delivery of product till date ..very hopeless customer care service
    Please inform to me how to handle this case ? I decided to file a complaint with consumer court but i dont know whom to contact?
