I was shifting from Gurgaon to Hyderabad i made online query for car transportation to Hyderabad, and Vikas from Perfect Cargo packers Movers called me on 27th March i gave my i10 car to Vikas of PERFECT CARGO PACKERS MOVERS transport my car to Hyderabad, he promised me that Car will be delivered in 7 to 10 days total charges agreed 10425/ Vikas took advance of 5000/ and rest to be paid at the time of delivery. I shifted to Hyderabad and was waiting for Car delivery, after 10 day
I started following up with Vikas for Car as it was not delivered at Hyderabad, he started giving fake reasons like truck broke down in Gujarat, he loaded car in truck late from Gurgaon and now since 10th April 2017 he stopped picking up my phone calls.
I sent my younger brother to his office to check what is the reason why he is not delivering the car he gave him also fake and silly reasons. When brother asked where is the Transportation documents / Truck no. through which he has sent the car to Hyderabad, he did not give any proof he said the we will file complaint he said ok go ahead and now take the delivery from police only.
Now i got suspicious that immediately flew back to Gurgaon to file the compliant, when Gurgaon Palam Vihar police station officer called him and asked where is the car , he said that car is in Udaipur and he will return it back in gurgaon tomorrow evening next day he called me and said come and take car from his office , we asked him to come to police station and return the car is presence of police officer, when Police office threatened him that they are going file FIR against him then he came at police station and handed over the car in very bad condition AC was not working. When we asked him to return the advance 5000/ cash that he has taken, he said that he don’t have cash and gave us the Yes bank cheque it got bounced when we deposited in our bank. These guys are Goons, fraudster cheats and criminals
Vikas and his gang of ILLITERATE, CHEATS, ROGUES were using my car for making extra money for 29 days and had no intention of sending my car to Hyderabad or returning it back they thought that I have moved to Hyderabad and won’t be coming back soom . My Car was I My Hyundai i10 Car was in the custody of Vikas and his goons of Perfect Cargo Packers Movers since 27 April 2017 4.30 Pm till 26th April 2017 8.30 Pm . Thanks to Palam vihar Gurgaon police for getting my car recovered.
These fraud people damaged my car AC and didn’t return the advance money of 5000/ they keep on changing their number and company name we aware of them
