Hi..I joined Global Exhibition & Conferences, B-106, Shivalik, Malviya nagar, Delhi, on July 1.
1. After 12 days of my joining i received my offer letter and asked to sign a contract of 1 year. This was not told to me which is called as “CHEATING”, one and half month before they took my interview. Interview was taken by Director of the company Mr. Inderpreet Singh.
2. It was not only about the contract, they even asked to submit a cheque of my four month salary duly signed by me so that in case i have to leave this company before 1 year , they can withdraw money from my account.
3. I refused to sign a contract as i was not aware with those conditions before my joining and they asked me to resign on 15 july 2013.
4. I called them on completion of the month to pay me back for my 15 days service but Mr. Inderpreet Singh (Director) and Mr. Sanjay Handa (CEO) both didn’t pick my calls and refused to answer my visits too.
5. They are LIARS, CHEATERS, FRAUD.
