Dear Sir,
I am sorry to say, in spite of hundreds of calls with local offices, Ahmedabad, Chennai office, Om marketing, RCI, my num. of visits to the offices, none of the employees from the office has taken the problem seriously and been able to sort out the thing. On every call the employee hears the problem and doesn’t take out the complete solution for months and after months they have forgotten the problem and I have to again go through the same story.
As the person takes membership for pleasure, the process of booking holidays & serious problems itself becomes tedious.
1. Free Air Tickets:
We had our free air tickets. We went to Goa in Oct’2006 but at that time Kingfisher didn’t fly to Goa. So we couldn’t use the tickets. Then we tried booking in December for Corbett for the month of March. We didn’t get booking. So again couldn’t use the tickets. On consulting the local office they promised to issue another tickets whenever they tie up with anybody. But in spite of many follow ups till, they didn’t take responsibility and told us to contact head office. Till date I haven’t received my free air tickets. Look into this matter.

2. RCI free week:
Your Vapi agent Bakul Shah-Big way corporation, did fraud, by giving my free RCI international holidays week in our membership to someone else at lonavala. After continuous follow up for 1 year that week had been cancelled (as per RCI & CM), but we are not able to get our booking for this RCI week which Mr.Bakul shah had to do by paying Rs.2500. Despite several talk with Miss Reshma, Manager of Ahmedabad office, we haven’t got booking. We got extended this RCI week from March to September, 2008, still booking is not available 30 September was the last extended date. People on your side whether it be Reshma or Mr.Bakul shah or personnel at Chennai office promise a lot but don’t put anything into action. I feel I have been cheated and no serious action taken from your side against fraud person-agents like Bakul Shah, that’s why till he is taking this matter as granted & wasting my time, money & patience.

3. Malaysia gift voucher:
We got letter from your side dated 30/10/07 that within 30 days we will get gift voucher. The office personnel didn’t issue the voucher. I went in to inquire and they said that there was a misunderstanding that they had already sent Rs.20, 000. After discussion with Vivek, Reshma and other office staff, they realized their mistake and issued the voucher on 5th Feb. and received it on 2nd week of February. After many arguments and hot discussions they extended to 30th Sep. 2008. In July, when I contacted to om marketing, first they passed 1and half month for processing and then they demanded extra money for extension and tickets, then more than six months passport validity, then peak season, no booking. Resma and others at local office don’t cooperate, instead of solving problems they blame us, behave rude ,not replying properly, wasting time through lingering the matter and every time she wakeup / plan-plot, the situation at last moment( accident time, passport 6 month limit, child exam time, peak season no booking etc.). I have made 7 members for club Mahindra and could have made many more members for you, till now, but…. This is not something which I expected from company like club Mahindra. Please look into the matter seriously and do needful.

Even after all this years, during my visits and follow on phone I have been continuously disappointed and personnel at the local office knowingly distract the matter and misguide which leads to time waste on both sides. Is this a way to care customer, like company, like club Mahindra—Mahindra?
