Fraud Charges of services which i had not recieved

Location/place: Navi Mumbai

Name of company/service: Videocon D2H Services

Dear Sir,
I want to register a complaint against Videocon D2H services. My complaint is very simple, I have made an online payment for their new connection plan of Rs2499/-, which by my credit card transaction details have been deposited to their a/c on 6th June,2013. But due to no response form them I tried calling their customer Care no.s for more than 100 times and they have not given me any satisfactory response yet.

    I am tired of answering this question asked from your side.100’s of times I have called your customer service no. and everytime they ask me my customer id no. So For your information, you have not provided any customer id while payment was done. Also, when I asked to speak to your supervisor, a person Namely, Ram Gopal(Floor Manager) made a customer id and Complaint no. and promised to return my money back next evening but both the no.s are fake and my problem is still unresolved.Adding to it one of your Team Leader, Mr. Arvind committed that he will look into the problem,but till date there has been no action taken from your side. Already 40 days have passed.
