Fraud charges deduction

I have just checked the monthly bill of september 2014 and found that a fraud deduction named service “shotformat_dwnlp_9” for rupees 99. this is the first time by Vodafone if they do not settle this amount will not use their service and encourage people to do MNP in different carriers.
