   CHEATING BY SENDING DAMAGED GOODS

   Name of company/service: VANTAGE ENTERPRISES, Tinwala Bldg.,GF,Tribhuvan Rd, Opera House,Mumbai-400004

   I ordered on line on COD payment one H2O Steam Mop X5 + free gifts. I got a phone call immediately telling that the goods will be despatched in 2 days and I should keep the cash ready for payment against delivery. I received a parcel through Fedex courier and they insisted cash payment, collected the payment and then delivered the box. Upon opening I found that the item steam mop body is broken and there is only a invoice copy kept inside without any phone number or mail i.d. When I rung up to the number given in in web site i learnt that it is only a one way number and they can only call me. so i sent a sms from my cell and they responded. But afterwards there is no call or reply to my various mail reminders. Now they dont respond my sms and all my efforts to get a replacement is still pending. I do not know how to contact them and I feel I am being cheated by the company.

   I bought one 5 in 1 sofa cum bed from VANTAGE ENTERPRISES, Tinwala Bldg.,GF,Tribhuvan Rd, Opera House,Mumbai-400004. But as per their commitment there is no repair kit inside the box and it is already punctured. I tried their number so many times but no one pick the calls.
   They said it has 2 years manufacturer warranty. But now I am facing air leakage problem with the product. I have called a many times on the number given in invoice but they are not lifting the phones. They also did not provide me the same product as mentioned in the website. They mentioned in website that they provide travelers bag and Puncher Kit with product and on the confirmation call by the merchant regarding the product before delivery.

   I bought an instyler from M/s Vantage Enterprises. Pls beware of these frauds. First they talk you into buying the product and once you recieve the same and call them for any complaints and queries on warranty and stuff they simply refuse to answer and hang up. Yes, they donot include bumpets as promised on their blog which says ,

   Items included:

   Instyler rotating iron
   Carrying Pouch
   Styling Comb
   Owner’s Manual
   DVD
   Additional Items:
   Bumpets

   the guy simply refuses to accept. His number is 9920983789. Pls dont get duped by this man and his so called company.TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT.

   Yes…vantage sends you defective goods, they when you call the mobile no. the guy says your order no. Does not match ours. And he hangs up. I also did not receive any bump its.
   They’re big time cheaters!!!! I’m going to the local police station to lodge a complaint.

   They are big cheats!!!!!! I bought wax vac from vantage enterprises i got a call regarding my order they said that thr product is despatched.i recieved my product but it was damaged and full of defect when i tried to call him it is always conjusted and the website they gave for return product was fake
   When i reached the given address it was fake too.i felt greatly cheated.
