This is to inform you that I have booked a flat in 2010 on my wife name Mrs Khyati Sunny Sachdev. I have paid my 30% 290000 in one month and when now at the time of possession when I had gone for full total amount to pay, they are saying rate has been increased you have to pay accordingly. When I have asked for the cancellation that I cannot pay the difference and return my 30% amount, they are saying we will return the same home will get resold. Request you to kindly help me to get my money back.
