Fraud case and Duplicate product,

Name of company/service: VANTAGE ENTERPRISES TINWALA BLDNG,GROUND FLOOR,TRIBHUVAN RD,OPERA HOUSE,MUMBAI-400004

I bought 5 in 1 Air Cum Sofa Bed from Vantage Enterprises,Mumbai dated 27/2/2013. They have provided 2 years manufacturer warranty. But now i’m facing air leakage problem with the product. I have called many times on the number given in invoice but they are not lifting the phones. They also did not provide me the same product as mentioned in website. They mentioned in website that they provide travellers bag with product but they provided me the very simple one which is worth of nothing. I don’t need my product to be serviced or replaced because the product they have provided me is duplicate and i know that i will face the same problem again in future. I want my money back.
