This letter is inform you that I ordered iphone 6s rose gold on 30th march 2016 and as per order of iphone I received on 2nd april 2016, one month before.

Product name : IPHONE 6S 16GB ROSE GOLD
Amount of the product : 38,890RS
After review and analysing I found out that Iphone i received is not a genuine product.Its a chinese / clone of that iphone which cost 3-4 thousand rupees.
Amazon has been loyal to me , but this time I really had a bad experience. I have tried sharing my experience with your customer executive discussing about the product that I have received is fake. Also I asked them to refund my money back.
I’m not getting any response from your executives despite making several calls to them. I hope that you take it quite seriously and make sure that I get my money back ASAP
Amazon has a good repute in the market and I do not want you to lose your good clients/customers due to defective PRODUCTS .
I hope you’ll be considerate upon this complain and find out the reason for this negligence .
If this letter is also ignored by you then I’ll be going to the consumer court in a week span of time .
