I had purchase a Mobile on line from E-bay and they describe as Brand New and Unused Mobile but when I receive the product it’s already booted and used previously… same day I inform to E bay customer care and they advice to raise a claim and I had done it but ebay rejected the claim and infromed me to go nearest service center and the handset had used previously as demo purpose.
