After calling customer care no 8099321321 many times IVRS responses was same: plz hold the line.after 1 min. all customer care representatives are busy we have note your no and contact you shortly and call disconnected after that a message on mobile comes:
Dear Customer, Thank you for your interest . We acknowledge your call to careerprakashan.com
This is the situation from the order date 12th july.
so i request you to all internet users that careerprakashan.com is a big fraud company so do not order anything from this site.
