Fraud calls from Tikona claiming to be advocate of High Court

This is complain against Tikona Broadband Service.
I was using there service since more than one year, initially there were not many problems..but since i shifted my home..in april (in differnt location – but in malad east only).. since then there were lots n lots of network issues.. n most of the time internet was not working..n when it was working the internet was so slow that even gmail used to open HTML…even i was not able to load facebook forget about downloading anything….infact the problems were so many that i requested to disconnect the connection.. then the retrieval team called me n assured me that there wont be any more problem… The area Manager of Tikona – Mr Sagar also called me personally n even visited at my place.. at that time bill of around 1400 was pending.. but he told me as there were technical issues n u are not supposed to pay bill so please pay around Rs 675 and rest amt he assured me will get waived off… so immediately i paid Rs 700, n next day my net started working but withing few days again (i.e on 18th oct morning) my net got disconnected.. n got the message due to non payment ur net is disconnected..then again i called customer care n even called Sagar (The area manager) he assured me that ur services will be resumed… but it never happened..
it was my fault that i paid 700 Rs.. n trusted this company..
again after 12 days.. on 28th or 29th oct.. Sagar called me n told that ur service will be resumed…n he will visit at my place in a day or so.. but as i was going out of station.. i told him that i will call back.. (the nos from which he called me are – 9833763763, 8422012342)
when i came back to mumbai..i called sagar n asked him what is the status…he replied that he’ll resume the service…
but still net is not working..till now.. just imagine..its more than 2 months… my tikona is not working… n still these people are charging me again..n now they added more bill n msged me that ur pending amt is Rs 1200 something…
So what my fault that i trusted this company n Sagar n paid him that amount which i was not suppose to pay..but still being generous i paid..
I have copies of all emails (in which complain nos are there)

in fact in last month for more a month my net was not working at all..
despite making so many complains no action was taken

Then I got a call from ur area manager of Malad – Mr Sagar. His mobile no is 9833763763
he assured me that from now onward there wont be any issue..n asked me to give payment of 50% of some 1400Rs. He told that rest will be waived off. So i paid the amt of 700 in cash to one of ur representative.
When i asked Mr Sagar about the complain or ref no of waiver he didnt provided me any but assured that there wont be any problem.
Now the thing is that i m still continuesly getting calls from ur collection team n messages to pay rest of the amt otherwise the net will be disconnected..
I seriously dont knw why you people give false assurance just to make customer fool
I really dont want to use ur connection now as ur team members are just making us fool.
Now Mr sagar is not even responding to my calls… n on the other side ur collections people r harrassing me..
Pls stop all this nonsense.. coz i dont have so much of spare time to call on cust care n check all these stupid issues.
My only concern was and is ur service.. pls check my previous records before changing my address.. i alwys used to pay u people on time.. n since i shifted my place at govind nagar in malad.. since then i was continuesly facing technical issues..
now just tell me one thing.. m i fool to pay you for months even when ur net is not working or when the speed is too less that google loads in HTML format.
I hope Mr Naik you know what is 007 error in google.. the net was too slow that even i was not able to send a single email that too without any attachment
now just imagine the plight of a customer… i was so fed up thats y i dindt paid the bill..
So now what you expect me to do…

AND now just imagine these people r harrasing me n calling me from different nos claming to be an advocate from Delhi called me n he told he represent tikona n tikona people have filed a case against me for non payment.. his nos are 8441834032, 7734028304
now please tell me..who is actually the culprit..me or tikona…
