I got a call form 9212456447( calling himself Maninder Singh from Chamber 136, Tis Hazari court, Delhi) and 9212457838 ( Prem Kumar, Manager, Tikona Wifi services), telling me that a civil case for Rs 1900 can be filed against me , if I do not pay the outstanding amount to tikona services on their website. I had got the wifi connection disconnected in January through e-mail and phone , and they still kept posting bills for feb, march, april like maniacs and kept calling after repeatedly telling them thats the connection is disconnected.
I have put a complaint against them too. These people should be punished severely and tikona services should never be used as this is their way of extortioning money form customers who have left their Service!

Tikona is fraud I had taken connection I called them repeated atleast 40 times asking them to disconnect my connection they did not to it and now they are asking to pay bill by calling some fraud Court and making me talk with fake lawyer n manager of tikona

I got a call today at 10.30 am from 9212456447( calling herself … from civil court Mumbai)
and 08505876969 ( Sidhhart, Manager, Tikona Wifi services),
telling me that a civil case for Rs 3900 can be filed against me , if I do not pay the outstanding amount to tikona services on their website. I had got the wifi connection in Gurgaon,Haryana disconnected in March-2015 through e-mail and phone , and they still kept posting bills for April, May ,June till August. After 1 month of connection , They said in your area we don’t have Tikona services. So I request them to disconnect and refund my security amount, but they refused my request and didn’t replied any thing. I have drop so many mails regarding this but no reply.Now they are doing such chip things like fake calls. They are mentally torturing to us and calling again and again.They are saying that they will destroy our carrier and life.
These people should be punished severely as they are using government name to doing this. Tikona services should be ban in india as this is their way of extortioning money form customers who have left their Service.
I request to consumer court to file a case regarding this. They should be understand the power of customer. They can’t cheat with them like this.

Tikona is a fraud connection trying to extort money form its customers on the account of O/S bill charges. I recieved a call form the same number today asking me to pay an outstanding charge of Rs.1900. I had applied for a disconnection in September asking them to disconnect my Sep26th. They never disconnected the service depiste me calling them frantically several times. They also had the odacity to renew the connection for 3 whole months. everytime they called they only enquired about the quality of service but never took the disconnection process any further. Never subscribe to their service. It was only later that I realized that they have a glorious history of mentally harassing their clients.

Even i got a cal from tikona.. Fake lawyers calling from Delhi..frauds… They asked me to pay 1900 rupees or else i would b facing legal charges.. N those bunch of illiterate so called lawyers..

Right now I am also facing same issue. If they continue then will file case in consumer court.
