I have ordered lipstick on 12/10/16 from snapdeal and received the order on 17/10/16 evening but the stock was defective. I tried option of RefundReplacement on snapdeal website, popup displayed that 7 days return policy is expired which is not actually expired. I searched for snapdeal contact number but all the numbers are unavailable and even gave call to the delivery boy but got no response from him. I than lodged complaint in favour of snapdeal and received mail for my contact number.
I got call in from 7042374546 favour of snapdeal for refund, he asked me Bank name and Debit card number. He than debited amonut Rs.9980/- and Rs.600/-. The same as per transaction is in favour of PayTM – Rs.9,980/- and Ola Cabs – Rs.600/-.
I called back on the same number but it is computerised ICICI Phonebankig.
