Fraud by Visa Agent

Finally We have to knock your door because sometime as a consumer, we are helpless and ask for help to government ,Police and Media.
If I am going to start my story. I would like to introduced my self.
My name is Rajvirsinh Darbar and done MBA. I was doing job in Bank as Manager but unfortunately I lost my money, career and everything. Because of fraud by visa agent.
There are so many fraud agent available in not only Ahmedabad but also in India, who is doing business without proper licences and doing all big amount transaction in cash. And Moreover they are making some illegal documents. It is a live example here.
I was doing job in bank as Manager in Ahmedabad. I met Mr. Karan Jayeshbhai Shah. owner of Karn overseas firm. Because He was a client of my Bank. If I am talking Karn overseas its really fraud visa agent who is doing business without licence and taking fee in cash in big amount. Moreover they are very expert in malpractices and making fraud documents. I want to say so many things about them but its sufficient because they are fraud.
He was impressed with my profile and offered me for employment in Dubai. Mr. Karan told me he has enough reference in Dubai and He will take guarantee to get job in Dubai. And He will charge for 90000/- rs for employment in Dubai.
I paid 50000/- rs advance and after 40000/- get my job in Dubai. He was very confident about overseas Job. Moreover Mr. Karan shah is a associate with VISION Education consultant.If I am talking about Vision Education. Its very popular name in Ahmedabad and respectable name. So many students are doing there IELTS and got Education Visa through Vision Education.
Mr. Karan (Karn overseas) introduced me in Vision Education at C.G.Road branch, Ahmedabad. Now, Mr. Karan Shah and Vision Education has taken responsibility for job in Dubai.
I have done contract with karn overseas, If I will not get job in Dubai withing 14 days they will reimburse my ticket expense. I signed on documents because initially they won my trust and created big picture in front of me. And I went to Dubai on 21 Jan.,2013 on visitor visa in supervision of Vision Education and karn Overseas. Because they arranged some interview for me in Dubai.
But when we reached in Dubai, situation was totally different. Nobody was there who helped me. And they didn’t support us and not gave us proper reply. We tried to contact them by Phone and email from Dubai. But they were not answering me, even we sent so many mails them but not answering me.
We lived in Dubai almost 13-14 days by own expenses and we have not sufficient money for survive in Dubai. Our situation was very critical.
Finally we made up our mind to came back to India and I came back to India. When I tried to contact him they were not answering me and not ready to give me my money.
Even they are telling me they have big contact with police, politician and other government officer. So you can not do anything against us. So now we are helpless.
I will not stop until I will not get justice because they are doing same with so many people but other people are helpless to do some action against them and like that kind of fraud overseas consultants.
I lost everything during deal with that kind of fraud visa agent but I will make my voice so strong so they people has to answer me and give me my money back because its my hard earn money.
I know after got this mail, they will give me threat on my phone or try to do something wrong with me. But I will not stop…..
I would like to ask Government , Home Minister, Police and Media why they are not take any action against that kind of fraud agent who is doing dirty thing with poor people. Because they are doing business without proper licence even they are making fraud documents and doing deal in cash.
