Fraud by the transport company

Location/place: New Delhi

Name of company/service: Neetco frieght carries pvt. ltd.

I booked my household goods from Delhi to Kota by Neetco freight carrier pvt. Ltd.
They asked for Rs. 11500 for a separate vehicle that too the full payment in advanced, I loaded my stuff in their vehicle personally on 24/08/2013 with a delivery promise on 25/08/2013.
They delivered the stuff on 26/08/2013 from a different vehicle that too on shared term most of my goods are destroyed especially the motorcycle is destroyed and its repairing cost is around 10000 Rs.
The company is not responding now
