fraud by standard chartered bank

i made a purchase of Rs. 48000 on flipkart on 02.11.2013 through
standard chartered account. during that period a cashback offer of 10%
for standard chartered bank users was going on. i saw the bank’s term
& conditions pdf after which i got confused whether i could make the
purchase through netbanking or not.so i called on the bank’s customer
care no. & clarified about my doubt.
i was told i just need to be a cardholder for the cashback & even if i
make the purchase through netbanking i would be eligible for the
offer.
after that confirmation only i made the purchase.
cashback was supposed to be credited by 01.12.2013. on not getting the
casback, i called on the bank’s customer care no. again & queried
about it. i was told again that netbanking was eligible for cashback &
the date for it has been postponed to 15.12.2013. i was asked to wait
till then.
but i still mailed about this thing on their email address.
i got a reply from the bank that cashback was valid only for those who
used debit card or credit card option for payment.
my point was..if that was so then why did the executive misguide me
not only once but thrice on telephonic conversation.
i told them about the whole matter. that why i did such a thing ( i
was misguided by them only).
they kept asking me to complain to other people. they kept telling me
to make calls here & there.
in the last i had a talk in their nodal office who gave me i complaint
no. & asked for 7 days time & made me hope for a positive feedback in
my interest.
after 7 days i didnt get any reply. i called them again , they asked
me for another 2 days time. i provided them with that also.
but today on 26-12-2013, after frustating me so much they still
replied with the same thing. cashback was not valid on netbanking
payment.
why did the executive misgude me then..?? and their term & conditions
pdf also clearly mentions that all the cardholders will be getting
cashback.
please tell me how can i attach the pdf for you to have a look.
please help me in getting my cashback.
i have been frustated alot by the bank people.
thanks.
