Name of company/service: Infosys
SC bank had promised me some Advanced Card which i never received.Still they kept on debiting me, also i raised the same concern with few higher authorities at SC bank for closer of that advanced card, my issue was not resolved.On 13Dec2012 i received a call form SC bank stating my Credit is 10k For which i have not at all done any retail transaction.
Please help me with this.
