Fraud by SBI mutual fund

Name of company/service: SBI mutual fund

I have invested 50000 in SBI mutual fund many years ago.My folio no is 9320599. Now i want to redeem so i draft a mail to SBI Mutual fund (PartnerForLife@sbimf.com) to guide me how to redeem my money.But,to my surprise they told me that your money has been already redeemed.I Requested them that if you claim that money is redeemed there must be a transaction please send me the details of that transaction.but no reply from their side as yet. I have mailed them 3 times and its been 5 days now but they are not replying anymore.This is the clear cut case of Serious Fraud by SBI mutual fund.Please take appropriate actions.

    this same thing happened to me in birla mutual fund u can check under title fraud in my folio till date there is no satisfactory response

    This is biggest complain for most investors at SBI MF. They do not reply to your query or complains through your email at partnerforlife@sbimf.com

    Even they cheated us , brokers say invest money in SBI , i deposited 30000 , told will get good reimbursements when deposited for 5 years , they gave me 20000 only stating my policy went to negative nav .

    in such occasions they should have alerted the policy holders .if we would have deposited in FD , would have fetched at least some % of money
