On 22.11.2010 as per the telephonic conversation with one Suresh of above company(toll free no), I have paid Rs.1330/- on line remittance, towards value package of Rs.1268/- and Rs.60/- for one telugu language package for one year period. But, now the company is telling that the package is not locked by the said employee on that day and it is charging Rs.220/- per month to my account and my account balance will be closed in six months. I have told every thing to the present persons Kiran and avinash yesterday. But, they are not agreeing to set right the defect. Card no is SC200786839398 which is in the name of my son Sri.H. Raghavendra.They are putting the blame on us and refused to give the address of their company and also mobile or contact number of Head of the company. I have been mentally harassed by these persons for no fault of us. We have been treated as a culprit, as they say that we should inform them to lock the system Please look into the matter
