This is to bring to you notice that I have made a transaction on internet for purchase of mobile ( Samsung S4) from Global India Shop and have made a payment of Rs.25380/- through my credit card on 29-Aug-13 through Direcpay as the payment gateway. The company Global India Shop officer Mr. Kunal had promised to despatch the Samsung S4 mobile set with Samsung accessories to the address detailed over their site. After 5 days till 06-Sep-13, I was chasing for the dispatch details but no one from their end were responding. On 06-Sep-13 I received a mail from their side that your order has been dispatched on 05-Sep-13 but no AWB no. was mentioned. Till 09- Sep-13 I was chasing for the AWB and then they confirmed the same which is Track On courier – AWB-356084412. Upon receipt the box the contents were not of Samsung and all are duplicate. The mobile is also duplicate and the box company seal over box was also broken. There is no guarantee card, invoice, manual and the battery, headphone, charger all are duplicate. The IMEI no. is also not matching to the one mentioned on box. The company also promised for a holiday package along with it but nothing for that is also there till date. In all its a fraud been made with me and a loss of 25380/- has bee given to be by fraud transaction. Immediately I sent a mail to company and payment gateway also as no one is responding over phone.
