Fraud by Ebay team

Dear Consumer Support Team,

Mentally harassed by Ebay and very disappointed by eBay Services.

I have received empty box not received my display inside the box.

I raised many complaint to Ebay CEO against the Ebay empty fraud. Ebay CEO( Mr. Donahoe John, Mr. Devin Wenig and Mr. Pierre Omidyar)not helped me. I was requested to him but they not taken any action against this fraudulent activity which ebay has been done with me. But no one help me and also suspended my account. 100 of mails I have send to Ebay Customer care and its top heads.

After sometime, I have received call from eBay seller Mr. Rakesh and he misbehaved with me. I raised many complaint against him but no one take any strict action against him. I am also filled FIR against this fraud activity.

I have received 1 more call from eBay side or they told me that they will proceed(eBay Guarantee claim (ID -3543721)my refund. But after some time I have received 1 more mail that my Ebay account has been suspended or my request has been rejected. I do not understand without any verification without any clarification why my account has been suspended or claim request rejected. This is totally fraud.

Yesterday I am taking to Ebay account activation department and they told me that I send my Aadhar Card and Pan Card copy to [email protected] . After 24-48 My account will be activate and then after i will raised the complaint for Re-Open my claim request.

Now my account is activate, but Ebay team not ready to re-open my claim request.

I am so worried about my money. Please help me.
