Name of company/service: reliance telecom
This is to inform you that we had taken a connection from M/s P.P. Enterprises ,Authorized selling partner of Reliance telecom company, under unlimited 899 plan for which we had selected the number 8100667777 which was offer with 4 others numbers and we were told that this numbers will be allotted to us and we were told to pay a deposit of Rs.850/- in cash so that our connection can be activated within 12 hours. We did so as per the executive word and on 06.08.12 we did the payment wide Receipt no 214 in which the MDN is mention as 8100667777.
The number was not activated till 13.08.12 when we contacted The Secretary to the appellate authority Ms. Tabbasum who took the agent on conference and we were told that some other number has been allotted in my name as the above number is chargeable and in the evening the number 8100716777 was activated in the sim card given to me .
Sir we would like to have the number which was committed to us and not the number for which we had not given our consent as we think that company like reliance should keep their commitments.
Despite several phone contact & email to the reliance telecom company there has been no response from their side therefore I would request you to please look into the matter and see that justice is given to me.
