Fraud by company

Location/place: LAXMI NAGAR, DELHI

Name of company/service: NATIONAL HEALTH CARE ORGANIZATION

I applied to the post of supporting staff in National Health Care Organization before last date 08.06.2013 and Original Demand Draft of Rs.500/- send with application form. But, Right now, website of National Health Care Organization is Blocked due to fraud with many candidate.
So, I want to refund my money.
Kindly, look into matter and give me response as soon as possible
