I wanted highlight the worst ever customer service from club Mahindra. Customers are being trapped via false verbal promises and are left to frustrate once the down payment and first 3 installments are paid. I didn’t expect it from a company of this repute, you are not only disgracing club Mahindra but the parent Mahindra group as well. Below is the sequence of events happened with me.
At the time of opting for optional membership, I was told that I can explore 5 nights with Mahindra resorts, 7 nights with Rci and few 2 nights free vouchers to explore the properties and experience the package.
All this was offered with a commitment that I need to pay 10% down payment and 3 EMIs. I was given a time window of 18 months extendable upto 24 months to explore the above mentioned package. Post which I can opt out and if I choose to continue, I can select the EMI options of various tenures available at club Mahindra.
I have already used 4 nights free vouchers in Binsar and Naukuchiataal.
Now when I m trying to get the booking done, I am not getting any cause of some white, purple and red concept which was clearly told to me that it will not be a problem for your special pkg.
On top of it one more EMI has been deducted in October without my consent.
I am not willing to make any more payments until I fully explore the offered package or I get full refund
Member relations have told me that there is no concept of holding the EMIs which is contrary to what I was told when I was being lured with making the initial payments with a lot of false promises that will be managed from backend easily.
Shashank Rajput from Jasola branch has been interfacing with me as he sold this pkg. and created the trap by concealing a lot of facts.
I am extremely frustrated and tired of calls and messages from your side to make the EMI payments which I am not willing to given the promises done at Ibis hotel Gurgaon by Shashank and his team.
